Andy Jorgensen, CEO of Material & Design Solutions, LLC (MDS) announces the acquisition of the assets of APS Plastics of Tomball, Texas.
The acquired assets include several CNC lathes and milling machines, computerized screw machines, along with sophisticated electronic inspection instruments. Coupled with MDS’s ability to mold stock shapes from PEEK and other high end engineered thermoplastics the new machining center will enhance our ability to improve customer service by reducing lead times and improving our on-time delivery. The newly acquired machine shop is ISO 9001:2015 certified by ABS.
